Steps to check the status of the documents sent for signature
- From the dashboard, click Operations > Files.
- Click E-Sign Documents.
- From the list view, you will be able to check the status of the document. You can also download or delete the document by clicking the respective icon.
- You can click on the relevant document to check the complete listed status of the signing workflow.
- You can further Recall, Modify deadline, or Send reminder by clicking the ellipsis in the top-right corner of the detailed view page.
The individual file owners can check the status of their documents by clicking the ellipsis in the top-right corner of the file in the list view and clicking Document details.
