Do our customers need to sign up for the loyalty program if they've already signed up for a store account?
No, they don't. Once the loyalty program is enabled and the widget is embedded within your store or website, it will seamlessly integrate with your store's sign-up process.
- If your customer is already signed up for a store account and logged in, they can join the loyalty program by clicking the widget’s opt-in button.
- If a customer doesn't have a store account or isn’t logged in, the widget won't display the opt-in button. Instead, they'll need to sign up for or log into their store account first to access the loyalty program.
