The following use cases are prohibited in 10DLC:
Sexual or pornographic material
Abusive or harassing language
Firearms or fireworks
Alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs
High-risk financials (loans or loan forgiveness, credit repair, debt collection, tax-related content, or cryptocurrency-related content including one-time passwords)
Gambling
Investment opportunities
Unsolicited real estate inquiries
Multi-level marketing (MLM)
Receiving or sending one-time passwords from or on behalf of other service providers
Note: Using any of these prohibited use cases will result in campaign rejection.
How to register for 10DLC?
In Zoho Voice, all the required details are collected in a single registration form, and our support team will take care of completing the steps to comply with 10DLC registration.

Mention the URL directing to your business' official website Note: This website must contain all the opt-in, out-out, help, and privacy policy details. |

Your business' Employer Identification Number. EIN are issued by the Internal Revenue Service in the U.S. For businesses outside the U.S. Tax ID should be provided. |
Are you a reseller?* |
This field must be selected for businesses that re-sell products/services to other businesses who are your customers. |
Business Address* |
The official, legal address of your business. |
Email Address |
To register the campaign with a different email address other than the Zoho Voice super admin email address, mention it here. |
Phone Number* |
The phone number of an authorized representative for your business. |

The type of use case that matches your campaign. Zoho Voice supports the following use cases:

Campaign Keywords
Note:
Your website's privacy terms and conditions MUST include mentions of SMS opt-in, opt-out, and help keywords. Additionally, incorporate a checkbox accompanied by the opt-in message on the webpage where customer information is collected. These pieces of information are mandatorily validated by global providers to approve the campaign.
For businesses that require their users to initiate the conversation, they might not have an exclusive opt-in message. However, SMS consent must be mentioned in their official website.
Example: "By texting us, you agree to receive SMS. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Your information will not be shared".

Example: Sorry to see you go; you are now opted out of [Your Brand] Marketing. Note: This field supports a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 characters. |
Help message* |
You must write the auto-response message which will be sent to the users when they send your help keyword. Example: [Your Brand], please visit yourbrand.com/support to get help. Note: This field supports a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 characters. |

You must have at least three sample messages irrespective of the count of use cases selected. Even if you select one use case, you must have at least three sample messages accurately mentioned.

What's next after submitting the registration form?
Once you have filled out the registration form, our support team will verify and will reach out to you if there is any missed/incorrect information. Post verification, your details will be submitted to the carrier. Brand and 10DLC campaign verification by carrier typically takes 24 to 48 hours and 3 to 10 days, respectively (provided all details mentioned are correct), and our support team will take care of registering the brand, campaigns, and associating phone numbers.
