Zoho Mail

Slideshow view for inline images in Notes

View all your inline images added in a notes in a effortlessly Slideshow view.

Open multiple Bookmarks at once

After installing the Zoho Mail Bookmarks extension for Chrome or Firefox, you can quickly open multiple bookmarks at once. Just select the bookmarks you want in the Bookmarks section and choose ‘Open bookmarks.’

Perform bulk actions at once for Notes and Bookmarks

Select multiple Notes or Bookmarks to perform bulk actions such as deletion, moving, and more, allowing you to efficiently manage and organize with ease.

Share and download reports

Attach Admin reports directly into Cliq, WorkDrive or Mail from Admin Reports. Additionally download these reports to access them even when you are offline.

User details summary enhancement

The User Details Summary preview is now enhanced to provide a clearer, more detailed view of user information in Admin Reports.

Customize your view in Embed Calendar

Enhance your experience in Embed Calendar with intuitive view-specific options. Utilize the feature to display all day events in a dedicated row with an expand/collapse icon for easy navigation and view a comprehensive list of events for each day, ensuring no event is overlooked.

Use alias addresses for Calendar invites

As a calendar event organizer, you can now create and send invites using your alias email address. This helps keep your primary email address private while maintaining full control over your schedule.

Enhanced Google account synchronization

When you authenticate your Google account under the Synchronize section, it now automatically syncs with the Integration section, and vice versa. A single step for a smoother, and more unified experience.

Zoho Cliq

Meeting network statistics

Get a clearer picture of your meeting quality. You can now view real-time network statistics of your Zoho Cliq meetings on your mobile.

Nifty extension

Stay on top of your Nifty projects and tasks without leaving Zoho Cliq. Track tasks, view milestones, and get work done faster with the Nifty extension. You can check out the extension here.

Internal app approval management for admins

You can now, as an admin, view and manage internal app submissions like bots, commands, widgets, directly from the Admin Panel under Resource Management. This way you can approve or decline requests faster, all in one place.

Import from Meta and Google Workspace

Switching to Zoho Cliq just got easier. You can now import your data from Meta Workplace and Google Workspace with the click of a button.

Zoho Meeting

Hearing aid support

Hearing aid support has now been successfully integrated into Zoho Meeting, providing improved accessibility and compatibility for assistive audio devices.

Bluetooth car Audio and AirPlay audio support

You can now route meeting audio output to Bluetooth car audio or AirPlay-enabled devices, making it easier to stay connected while on the move.

Zoho Trident

Execute actions with Slash commands in the Cliq module

You can now use slash commands from the chat box inside the Cliq module to execute frequently performed actions like pinning messages or muting channels. Quickly execute actions with built-in or custom slash commands. (Available on Mac only.)

Host locked meetings for private conversations

The host and co-host of audio and video meetings can now lock an ongoing meeting. This prevents unauthorized persons from joining the meeting, allowing you to host truly private and secure meetings. (Available on Windows only.)

Search within Cliq conversations

You can now search for messages, files, and more right the within the chatbox. Quickly find the information you need from within channels, groups, and personal chats. (Available on Mac and Windows.)

View and manage .pst files

A .pst (Personal Storage Table) file is an Outlook data format that stores local copies of emails, contacts, and calendar events. You can now add .pst files to Trident to access archived emails locally without increasing your mailbox size. (Available on Mac and Windows.)

Export emails in .pst format

Exporting emails helps create secure, compressed backups of your emails. In addition to exporting emails in .eml format, you can now export them in .pst format. (Available on Mac and Windows.)

Switch sender address seamlessly

When composing or replying to an email, easily change the "From" address in the Mail Composer to choose which email account to send the message from and maintain the right context for your conversations. (Available on Mac and Windows.)

Smart Sign-in

Bypass typing your email address and password each time you sign into Trident with Smart Sign-in. Simply scan a QR code using the OneAuth app, and you'll be logged in directly. (Available on Windows only.)

Power up your scheduling

Integrate Cisco Webex as your conferencing option directly in calendar events. Connect your email account and activate the integration in Zoho Calendar to simplify how you meet. (Available on Mac and Windows.)

Sharing fillable templates with users without a Zoho account

Share your fillable templates with users who don't have a Zoho account with an one-time password (OTP).

AI-based label assignment of fillable fields

Zoho Writer now assigns an appropriate label for each fillable field, using optical character recognition (OCR) and AI.

Adding custom fonts for an organization

You can now upload your purchased fonts hosted on your organization's servers to Zoho Writer, making them available for use in your documents.
