Overview
This policy in Zoho Connect allows network admins to manage how users upload, share, and access files within the network. These settings help ensure secure file sharing and align with your organization’s data policies.
Who can manage this policy?
Only Network Admins have permission to view and configure file and attachment policies.
How to access the file upload and download policy
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Under Policies, select File upload and download policy.
Click Expand on the right to choose your file attachment preferences.
Here are the settings under file upload and download policy.
File upload type
Choose the type of file uploads allowed in your organization. You can upload via computer, cloud, and Whiteboard.
Allowed file formats for attachments
Specify which file formats users can upload. You can allow or block certain formats based on your organization’s requirements.
File upload limit
Set limits on file sizes during uploads. You can define separate size limits for video files and other file types.
Attachment Download Access
Decide who can download attachments, whether it's everyone, no one, specific roles, or only admins.
