Sending Emails from ZOHO CRM
I have a quick question and I wonder if this is the case for anyone else? I installed the Outlook plugin which works great. I wanted to test sending mail right from Zoho. I setup a co-workers CRM account and sent myself a test from outlook which worked and was logged in Zoho. I sent another email right from Zoho, but this is the one i never received. It was logged into Zoho, but i never got it. The third time I was logged into my admin account and sent another email to myself which was logged in
Sort Using Date & Time Fields in Reports

Insert a file on a prospect profil
Hello ! I would like to insert a file .doc in a Prospect profil. But when I want to see the document with the Zoho document view, I can't read it. Zoho view is oppening, but I can only see road sign. New kind of Event with multiple users
There needs to be a new kind of Event called Call. Additionally, there need to be an enhancement to Events (and the new "call"), where you can include/attach more than one user. How do you use Zoho Mail add on?
I activated the Zoho Mial add on and was hopeful of some integration between ZOHO mail and CRM. I use Zoho mail as my main interface and update CRM as needed. I was very surprised that from the MAIL screen in CRM I could not click on an email and go to a contact / account / potential. So no difference to what I was doing before purchasing the add on. Can I use it to display my inventory of products that I have in my products catalog? if so, how? Can I use it for advertising rental deals? if so, how? (each product (publisher website) would be for rent, some properties can be rented out to more than 1 person at a time, rental periods vary from 1 month to 6 months or even 1 year. Mobile Search City
My employees are out in the field and need to be able to search our accounts and lead by their mailing address or city if possible. Currently all I can search by is the account or lead name. This works from the desktop but not on mobile. I find the product very useful and this would be a major feature for us to update to if it will work some how. Thanks for your help.

Why can't I put notes into my Call log as before?
I tried logging a call today, I clicked on log a call and new pop up appeared. Considering I used this system yesterday a pop up menu didn't show up. I filled in details but when I went to try to edit log a call to put notes in it keeps saying, cannot be processed, and I need to add a new task instead of just clicking save and create new task like before. Please can someone tell me how to put notes in Description box.

Using the website contact form in Joomla
I'm just getting started with Zoho CRM and have the Free Edition. I setup an email form (web-to-contact) in the Zoho Website Integration section. I checked to make sure it has the https:// when the form was generated. I copied the code into a Joomla article. In testing the form on the Joomla page, it appears that when I select "Save" (which should be "Send") that it just hangs at the following URL https://crm.zoho.com/crm/WebToContactForm. I have gone through the process of setting up email templates, but no where does it actually tell you HOW to send the email to the selected recipients. There needs to be a "double arrow" button when browsing through sales orders. estimates, invoices so that if there are more than 60 records, you don't have to filter through the results 10 at a time. 2. Zoho CRM Calendar functionality
There is a bug in the Zoho CRM calendar. When you click the Calendar it brings up the previous month (instead of the current one), but then when you click the arrow for the next month it skips a month so you have to then click the back arrow to finally get the current month. Zoho CRM Attachments for Android
We are unable to view attachments when logged into the Zoho CRM on Android. We are logged in via the web browser, using the full version of the site (not mobile) on Samsung Galaxy tabs. We've tried troubleshooting with other Android devices, Zoho CRM mobile app, Zoho mobile site, and multiple Zoho CRM logins. Hi, I have two situations, where i would like clarity on how to execute in Zohocrm. 1. When I Update a Campaign Member Status, need to trigger some additional tasks. For example, if I get the Member Status to "Mail Sent" a task needs to be created to Call the lead about the mail with a due date of +5 days. 2. Inventory Template Issue - Individual Tax filed showing empty in PDF
I use a customized Inventory template for purchase orders. In this i have ${PurchaseOrders.Individual Tax} in one of the columns. When i export to pdf the value is blank. I have the same kind of customisation for quotes and invoices and the rate is displayed. This problem is only with Purchase order template.

Mass email functionality needs some attention
Tis the season to send mass emails. So as I am slicing and dicing our lead and customer list I am noticing a number of quirks that are hurting our productivity. We are new to Zoho CRM so I may possibly be asking a very simple question but I am struggling to find out how to produce user reports for the system. B: Account page: Is it possible to view more than 10 (pre-set) contacts/ open tasks/ closed tasks etc? In the professional version of ZOHO CRM wish to import leads and that the skip duplicate records is not the e-mail. Be the telephone number or contact name. Is it possible?. Could be done in the Enterprise version?
