Problem Creating Sales Orders and Invoices
Hello, I am a small business usingg 2 licenses. I actively use Zoho CRM, and have been trying to be more active with the use of the Potentials/Sales Orders/Invoices. All of a sudden, I can't create any Sales Orders or Invoices. I fill out the form thoroughly, but when I click to save, it gives the error: Unable to process your request Click here to go back. I have tried in different browsers, clearing cache and cookies, logging out and back in, but nothing is working. Is there something I
New appoinment/activity cannot be linked to an account/contact
I have created a new Appointment and would like to link/associate this activity with an account but when I click on the search binoculus, nothing happens. Is this because I have a Free licence or this is not a feature that works in the calendar. I am copletely new to Zoho and I am testing this CRM to see if it would work for our company that has 30 users. Thank you Robert
Need Help associating an EXISTING Contact with an EXISTING Vendor
I have been able to create a vendor and new contacts associated with that vendor. However, We have a salesperson who was working with one of our vendors and has changed jobs. Now they work for a different vendor. Much of the contact info is the same, and I also want the contact's history to transfer with him to the new vendor. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

can I have an automatic date-stamp when I check a (custom field) box? If so, how? (not the general stamp for when record is modified...but a date stamp specific to that box being checked)
Questions about e-mail integration (Google Apps/Gmail in particular) and storage
We currently use Google Apps for our e-mail and would like to associate incoming messages with the Contact/Lead in Zoho CRM. After looking at the information and video about the Zoho Mail Add-on it looks as though that would do exactly what we want. Creating custom quotes
trying to create a custom quote form and would like to auto populate some of the information on the form from information that is in the potential Example in potential I have a custom pick list field call "num of passengers" On the quote form I also want the number of passengers listed. How can I automatically get this information into the quote without having to reenter.
Can Admins login as a "general user"?
As an Admin, I sometimes forget that what I can see may be different than what other users can see. Also, when training, I would like to use an account that best reflects the interface that the students will be seeing (not my Admin interface). Is there a way that I can login as a typical user to see what they see? If I have to create a special user just for this purpose, it would be nice if I wasn't charged for this account, since it is not an account that would be "used". Thanks.

Email Collaborating with Contacts
It appears that email add on does not collaborate with contacts. When I type a name in an outgoing email, I had expected it would look for emails that looked like what I am typing, and give you a choice and you select the correct one. That did not happen for me. I manually typed in the email and the cc name and sent the email. I went to the contacts and nothing was recorded or connected between the email and the contact. Convert String to Number in CRM
I have a picklist that I need converted to a number and then used in a custom formula. Is there a way to do this? Or, is there a way to use custom formulas, in a new formula? Zoho Account ID
We have data corruption and we need to correct it. How can we get a data export that will include the Zoho unique account ID's so we can match them up to what we have stored in our database?
Contact becomes new account but now has no address?
I have on several occasions added a name and address as a contact or converted from a lead then later had to add a new account name for that contact. The problem is that adding this Account from the contact popup window, you have to retype in the address since it is not carried over from the Contacts address. If you create a new Account for a Contact you should have the option to automatically copy the address from the contact to the new account without retype.
Zoho Mail Add-on & Gmail (Google Apps)
I presently use Gmail (Google Apps) for all my company emails. With the new Zoho Mail Add on, will I beable to configure my settings to allow the CRM to route all my INBOUND & OUTBOUND emails through Gmail like zoho mail? Synching Zoho info to mobile device
As things are now, I can put all my contacts, accounts and calendar info into the CRM module. Then I can sync the info with Outlook using a plug-in and finally sync my phone to Outlook through iTunes as I do now. Is that correct? And if it is correct, I suppose that my contacts and accounts will be merged into a single file as will events, tasks and calls? And finally, using another plug-in I can get to my Zoho mail account inside the CRM module?

I'm planning my application to create a number of leads, accounts, contacts and events each day. Given the API limit of 250 / per user, I want to send these through in batches. A custom field be filled automaticaly once another filed value is updated (or created)
Hi: Have a question: For example, in Contacts Form, we have [First Name] and [Last Name] fields, now, for some reason, we created a new field called: [Customer Name]. (mapping the value with Quickbooks' Customer Name field). Is there anyway that I can setup a "Rule" that I can update the [Customer Name] field once the First Name and Last Name are created (or updated)? Seems simple, but I don't find anywhere. Thanks.
Can't Import Contacts

I have two contacts on each lead sheet. One is the patient's info and the other is patients representative. I need to create the rep as a contact, so I use the name field. I need to create the patient as an account, so I use the company field. I have been testing web to contact forms, and they take forever to submit the data (before going to the "thank you page." It takes so long that a normal person would assume it didn't work and try again. I tried clearing my browser, but no improvement. Web To Case (ticket)
Hi, I've created a web to Case that works just fine (casewise) but even with the "Enable Contact Creation" selected, the form doesn't contain any "Contact" related fields, in order to "create/link to case" contacts !! 1. The case is created properly. 2. No contact field in the form = no creation of contacts related to the case.

Workflow Task Problems with Assignment Rules
CRM does not apply workflow tasks to the lead per the assignment rule. Instead, it seems to assign the tasks per the web-to-lead form owner, ignoring the assignment rule. Please advise, as it's useless for the lead to go to one person, while the workflow task is assigned to someone else....
I'm Having Trouble With One Of My Users...Please Advise!
Hello, I gave access to a new user last week so that she could get assigned her own leads. I have 5 other users besides her who don't ever have any problems with accessing their accounts. However this particular user keeps stating that she either can't access her Zoho Account or gets messages upon log in that say stuff like "Sorry you are no longer connected to Zoho CRM!" I know she is active and confirmed in my system admin area so I am just so confused as to why she is the only one experiencing

Fonts not showing on PDF Export
The fonts used in out quotes layout works fine when previewing or emailing but when we export the quote as a PDF - none of the fonts translate. They default to Times. ANy thoughts ?
merging contacts
When merging two contacts, you can pick which contact's data to use for a given field. For large text fields is there a way to actually combine the notes, rather than use one field's notes to over-ride the other?
Using my own email
I noticed that using the "send email" in the zoho CRM panel has a 2mb limit in attachments. I need to know, is there a way to still use my normal email client to send emails with bigger attachments but still make that email appear on my Zoho CRM leads, accounts, contacts or potentials panel, just as if I had used the zoho mail ?
