Can we place a link on main page to a specific report ?
Hi, I have a problem, I have some customized reports that I ahve made on specific filters. However, when I reveiew my team, I go to the specific report and make changes in the potential(like changing closure date). But, after the editing, Iam forced to go to the Potential Main page. And then If I have to come back to same report, I have to again lcick on the main report, wait for it to reload and then again click on the spcified report. This takes a lot of time while reviewing my team. Is it
Tasks Suggestion
Is there any way to add a third Lookup Field into the Tasks and Events tabs so that we can tie a scheduled Task/Event to three items? We should be able to tie a task to a contact, an account, AND a product. The way it is now, we have to tie it to a contact, then choose either account OR product, but we can't do both. I just registered with Zoho, now beginning to develop the free edition. Is a more fully developed database - say 1,000 records - portable to a commercial or opensource database? When I'm clicking "Edit" for a custom field of the data type "Pick List", I'm taken to a page where I can edit the actual list of values for the pick list. How do edit the label itself of the custom field?
Sharing pick lists between Leads & Potentials
We have a custom field (which is a pick list) that we use for our Leads. The same information is valid for our potentials & contacts as well. Our former "Zoho admin" set these lists up independently, over time they are no longer the same. They should be the exact same list in this case. Is there anyway to "link" the Potentials to use the same list that is used by Leads? As it is set up now, any changes to the list for Leads is not reflected in the Potentials list. If not, is there a way to export/import
potential view bug

I can not get Zoho to help with this problem for over a week now. THE PROBLEM At 2:30 P.M. eastern standard time (U.S) everyday for the last week, all my employees tell me they are locked out of Zoho. When I log into the control panel under user access 95% of the users have all access unchecked. I have to recheck all access for the users. This has gone on for over a week. Email Record in CRM Question
Does the Email only get recorded from 1 email address on a Contact? For instance, the Contact, I have added the custom field Alternative Email for a field of email address that could be their personal address. It's in their record. However, emails from or to that address are not being recorded into CRM. Do I need to set up the custom email field differently to record properly, or does it only accept one email address? Thanks.
Not receive email on crm
Hello, I can send email by the CRM, since a lead or contact, and i see the send email, but when I have a respond to this email, I can see it in Zoho Mail and My Yahoo, but I can't see it in the form of lead or contact.So when I send mail from the CRM party emails, emails are not visible in emails sent zoho mail and my yahoo account, there is there some particular setting to be done to remedy this problem? Login & account setup problems
I recently installed your Zoho CRM package & have hit a couple of snags. My problem is two fold; the first issue is that when I set up my I.D I was informed that I would receive an email to which I have not yet received. The id was set up using an email address which is working fine. Shared Tasks?
I'd often like to schedule a reminder to discuss something with the team for some undefined point in the future. Usually something short like discuss an idea for a potential client sometime in the next week. In the past before using Zoho CRMthe process was just to create an item on the calendar for a future date and invite everyone to it. I'm hoping there is a better way to do this in Zoho CRM so that I can keep the calendar just for actual meetings and other events. Tasks seem like an OK way

Mass update or delete empty company name
I have a number of contacts where company name field is empty. I need to mass update these to 'Unknown' or even mass delete and re-import them with name 'Unknown' but when I search for mass update or mass delete with Company Name is empty, I get 'No companies found'. Ok, I must be missing something. How do I pull up customers in ZOHO CRM. It seems that if you create a potential a lead becomes an account and there is easy access to the accounts which for me our my live prospects, but how do I pull up contacts that have closed deals, it seems that there should be a tab for customers as will as leads and accounts. Hello Zoho Gurus I am new to Zoho CRM - I am putting in my historical data for year ending 2009 - - my company started from scratch at the beginning of 2009 with no stock at all. I have put in all my purchase orders but the stock I have purchased does not show up at all in stock quantity, stock in demand etc - how do I link the data from the Purchase Orders to the Stock Inventory listing??? Workflow Suggestion
Was hoping someone could give me some advice on how to create a workflow that does the following. When Lead is created , triggers an email template to Lead, then sets task to follow up phone call in 3 days. After phone call, triggers a series of spaced out emails over about 3 weeks, or until the Lead is converted. I'm pretty new at this and I've read all the instructions, but I can only get it to trigger tasks, but I don't know how to get it to do the timed emails. Any help would be appreciated.
New to ZOHO and CRM!
A friend suggested ZOHO to me and I like what I see so far. I've never used an actual CRM before so I have lots of questions and concerns. I currently us iCal and Address Book on my MacBook Pro. How do you embed a Zoho Web to lead form into a Google Sites website so you can automatically add leads to your Zoho CRM account ?? Google does not allow you to copy the HTML code that Zoho generates when following the web to lead wizard in the setup menus. I did not see a Zoho Widget that allowed a web to lead form either. Country and State/Province Drop Downs
I would like to make the following suggestion. After tring Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator CRM. I like the flexablity that Creator offers the advanced users but Zoho CRM is more out of the box ready to run your business. I would really like to see Zoho CRM create drop down boxes for Country and State/Province that are populated with contries and their states/provinces. Creator CRM seems amazing its UI just isnt as clean but Creator is really powerful.

Pick list for descriptions or text/comments
I'm not sure where else such a feature would be useful however with creating quotes i often add text to a special "notes" field i have created that appears in the templates for quotes (and invoices) that allows me to elaborate for each quote and offer extra information when needed. This provides the customer with more information and I can aslo use it to highlight other options etc. In any case my point is that i often have to write the exact same thing that i have written many times before so
Select Month in CRM calendar from drop menu for speed
Hi. The CRM calendar needs the option to select a month by clicking on a link in a menu (to one side or in a drop menu). Otherwise the only other option is to make the transition on clicking from one month to the next a heck of a lot faster. If i have a customer on the phone and they want to know availability for 3 or 4 months down the track I can get to it relatively quick but it would be handy to be able to navigate to a month faster than that. There is a feature on SalesForce that is very useful. If you have a contact and you have some old information or some empty fields, you can send an update to Request Info to the client. By pressing that button, an email is generated to the contact with a link. When they click the link it shows the current info on file, and allows them the change and add information.
