Is there a way to make 'Sent Email From CRM' the default 'showing' view, instead of the 'Users Emails" as the default?
Web To Lead and Google Sites
I am running into all kinds of problems when I try to embed a web to lead form in Google sites. I keep getting an error message that says that the code has "unsafe tags" and it disables the save and reset buttons. Is this an issue with the Zoho generated code or do I need to go yell at google about this? If anyone else has expereinced this and has a suggestion I would appreciate it.

More Contact info in Task Module
I frequently create Tasks associated with a Contact. When the Task window opens it auto-populates with the Contact info which makes sense but not the Contact phone #. How can I have the Contact Phone field display as 99% of the time the task is to call the contact? Thanks
What to do if a contact has resigned and joined another company
Let's say that a contact has resigned from his current company and joined a new one? Let's say he actually had activities linked to him and his company. Should I edit his contact and join him to the new account or should I create a new contact? If I edit the contact, what happens with the activities connected to him, his former potentials and his former company? Will they stay with the former company or migrate to the new one (which should't happen)? Please advise!
need help with "Quantity in stock"
I just have a question. I have created product: put stock quantity and other necessary info. Then I created invoice (or sales order) for that product with "delivered" status but items quantity was not changed (deducted) from the stock quantity, its shows up as "on demand"quantity. So my question is how to make delivered product quantity deducted from the stock quantity when its delivered or sales or invoice order are issue? what I am doing not wright? Ivan
Cannot edit start time after you log a call
Is there a way to edit the start time after you log a call? You can edit the date, but the start time is grayed out and cannot be edited. Is the only way to delete the call and put the whole thing back in again? Thanks

Hi .. I am intending to start a referrer programme .. which I get freelance referrers to refer clients to me .. and I will pay them a little referrer fee .. need the the following: 1) Track which agent referred a particular client 2) Track all the clients that have been referred to by a particular agent. I understand that I can assign it under the "Lead Owner" field and track .. but imagining having 100 free agents who may or may not be active .. and I got to pay $12/user EVERY MONTH! It just does

There used to be a task button in your leads, contacts, accounts, every screen. What happened to the task button. All i see if NEW TASK at the very top. But in the body of the webpage there used to be a new task silver button
Changing "From" field in an outbound e-mail
I have numerous e-mail accounts and when I send an e-mail the From field auto-populates with my name and e-mail address. I've changed my account setting to make a secondary e-mail address my primary but the e-mail form still populates with the previous From address. Is there a way to set up a drop down so I can select which address populates the From field; Until (1) above is created, how can I change the address which is automatically populating the From field?Thanks TonyD - Marketing Wizard & Tony
workflow alert email question
My goal is to have any email sent to a designated person with info from a given lead/contact if a variety of criteria are met. I'd be happy to initiate this process with the click of a button or automatically. I tried accomplishing this with a workflow alert email. Everything seems to work fine, except when the email is sent, it no longer includes the merge fields that I originally defined (when setting up the template emails). Is there a good way to accomplish my goal? I appreciate any helpful
Completed task filtering
I modified the satus values under tasks. Basically I deleted all, and created new ones to adapt to language. The problem now is how to tell the system which new value is "completed"... any help? The default filters do not work. I tried creating the value "Completed" again, but that did not work.
Integration, Integration, Integration...
I've searched high and low for a fully integrated solution, and the best I've trialled so far has been Zoho. However - and I know it's been said many times over - complete integration is the one thing holding this suite back. If the CRM package were seamlessly integrated with the email and calendar features, and it was then possible to share all that information with another user (a PA or business partner for example), there would be absolutely no contest.
Importing contact and company data
I wish to import contact and company data from Excel. It seems that I need to perform two separate import operations for contact and company data respecitvely. Is it somwhow possible to import contact and company data in the same operation? Elling

Remove field limits and add a function field
When is ZOHO CRM going to allow more than 100 custom fields per page. When can we have more than 15 custom numeric fields. And finally when will ZOHO include a function field that allows for a sum of other fields. This is very important to our company and we hope to see this change soon.

Syncing All Contacts with Outlook
While setting up Zoho CRM, I imported all our contacts and assigned them to me as the Contact Owner. Now other users are not able to sync those contacts with outlook, because they are assigned to me. Is there a way to setup the contacts so that they can be sync'd by all users, regardles of who the owner is?

Is there any method to get received email by Zoho Mail into CRM automatically and organize these contact by contact? I can send email from CRM, but can not organize received emails in it. Does someone know about it? Sat
CRM and Invoicing
First, let me explain that I am new to Zoho and follow that up with a basic questions..... Is the invoicing inside the CRM and the Zoho Invoicing two very different products? It seems that I can't find some basic functions in the CRM invoicing. Can somebody please direct me to recurring invoices in the CRM? Also, How can I establish Paypal Inside the CRM, as a payment option for my clients?
Can't see recieved emails in crm contacts
Hi, We have signed up and bought the email integration package. Now we have a tab in the CRM showing emails but we want to be able to see emails that come in to the CRM associated with a contact and also associated with an account. Problem is we can't work out how to do this. We can only see emails that have been sent out. And we can only see these by selecting from a strange drop down menu that gives us the following options (why would I want to select from a drop down menu!). Sent emails from CRM
Products Lookup Window is Empty -- Help!
This was working a few days ago. Now whenever I try to link a Case to a Product through a lookup field, the lookup window is empty, and the search block returns no records if I enter the name of a product. The search block in the standard Products view works fine, but for some reason (probably something I did during customization of the Products entity) now the lookup list (whenever accessed from any other entity) is always empty. Workflow Alert help Needed
I have been asked to create an e-mail alert to notify individuals when the value of a specific field has been originated or changed. The problem is that I need to notify a specific individual based on the value of another field in the record. Contacts and emails being deleted
Zoho CRM records seem to be deleted on a routine basis, and I have not initiated the deletion. I had noticed this earlier a couple of times, and thought that it must have been a user error, maybe related to an Outlook sync. For instance I noticed that a contact that I had created no longer had an email attached that I know I had attached from Outlook. When I went to re-add the email from Outlook, I was given a message that this mail had already been uploaded to Zoho. I went ahead and readded
It would help to be able to have control of the order that templates are listed
HI. It would be really handy to be able to order templates under categories according to personal preference per user (or at least customizable to suit the business). For instance at the moment the tempolates are ordered according to when they are created. So the oldest are at the top of the list and the newest at the bottom. I have created several categories to make finding the templates easy when i'm emailing and depending on whether the customer is a new customer or repeat etc. I have many templates

Can I have multiple email accounts to send emails from?
Can someone tell me if I can have multiple email accounts to send email from? I've just stumbled onto Zoho and have managed to register 3 accounts - I only need one But... I really would like to be able to add multiple email addresses - I can do this BUT: I can't email out from multiple different email addresses Or am I missing something? What's the point of being able to add multiple email addresses if you can't email from them? Thanks Omar

Profile : basic help
Hi, I'm a brand new user and I have a basic question with profiles. I've got 2 users in my CRM : admin and standard. How can you make the standard user view the admin accounts, without being able to edit them ? If I tick "read only" in the permissions, my standard user cannot see the admin accounts. If I don't tick it, the standard user is able to edit them ! Thanks for your help
Different kind of discount
Hi, Can you help me with zoho CRM and the discounts ? I have some special discounts we need to justify. For example, I need a -10% for a new client, a -5% for 2 buys, a -7% for 3 buys... How can we set this kind of discounts ? I'd like to have the lists of discounts in wich we can pick the correct one. Of course, total has to be updated with the new amount. Thanks for any help.
web to lead form not working on windows 7

Why do I see "province" instead of "state"?
I have set the locale to English (UK) language and the country to Australia but "province" is used across the address fields. For Australia this needs to be changed to "state" but I can't find an option to change it. How is this done? Anton
