CRM deluge automation - namespace invocations of functions
Namespace based invocations of module and standalone functions would be a nice for productivity and simplicity. Seems odd you'd have to perform invokeURL to call a function that resides within the same CRM instance. If I have a function that needs to search, get, update, etc. another module's record it's laborious to have to perform an invokeURL, construct the necessary parameter maps, parse the response, then perform another invokeURL if I need to use response data to update a different module's
Filters on prospects
Hi everyone, im a beginner on Zoho, I have already imported some prospects from an excel board with different categories like names, phone number, activities... But my problem is that when i want to filter my prospects, Zoho propose to filter with the title of the column "Activities" for exemple instead of the things bellow like "industry","Chemistry","Electronic". I don't know if im clear with my explanations but if someone as the solutions let me know. Thank you
API End point for contact and lead form
Hi, Which API end point through i submit my custom contact form data in Zoho CRM. Hi, We're looking to implement a captcha code to our web to lead form however we are struggling to implement the captcha code correctly. On the face of it, the captcha is implemented, however when you type the code generated into the free form field, it tells me it is incorrect. This is however wrong as it seems to be entered correctly. It sometimes works on the second time, but that is intermittent. Any help would be great as we're now a little stuck as to what to do next. Lead to Contact within an existing Account
Anyone know how to convert a Lead to a new contact within an existing Account when the account names are slightly different? We have a law office Account who's legal entity & account name in Zoho lists all the partners however firm is primarily known by the name of the main partner so we have multiple leads with that company name. How do I convert the leads without creating new accounts that I'll then have to merge?

API POST a new record which has a LookUP field that we want just post text to that is not linked.

Email Parser not detecting modules
I'm trying to set up the Email parser, but when I get to the "Create New Parser" box the module I want to create the Parser in is not shown. I changed the name of my Deal's module to Allocations/Booking (as I'm using it to manage current and new bookings). However in the Create New Parser screen the only module it's showing is "Bookings draft". From what I can tell this is a module I created weeks ago that I've since deleted. How can I get the Parser to update to the current modules I'm working on?

Tagging other users no longer working
We use the User tagging system extensively in our Activiites notes (we use the @ sign followed by the appropriate user name). Starting about two days ago, when we attempt to tag someone it allowed us to do so as we were editing the note, but as soon as we saved the note, the tag disappeared/broke. Any ideas why? Add an activity after Sending an E Mail
I am trying to figure out a way to automatically add a task after I send an E mail to a customer from the opportunity screen. I would have thought the answer it would be in workflow . Action: Send E Mail and then a pop up " do you want an activity?". Has anyone a solution to this. I know its easy once the E Mail ahs been sent to add an activity manually but it would nice for it to be automatic so that one doesn't forget.
When inserting a lead or contact title in an email
When inserting a lead or contact title in an mass email template is there a way to add a the letter "s" so it is plural? This is needed because if you say for example, I am sending an email that reads, In working with other "#title" it will be singular ( no "s" or plural and it will look bad) and it needs to be plural so adding the "s" would correct that. Zoho CRM and SendInBlue integration
Hi, I'm using SendInBlue to manage my Leads mailing list (and some other lists not related to the Leads module). There is an extension for Zoho CRM to integrate SendInBlue; unfortunately this extension works properly only for Bulk Sync (that is all the lists in Sendinblue get synced with the Leads module) and it's not my case since I have several lists, so I cannot use it. Email templates: combine Outer Color/Outer Theme into one button
It's confusing to have Outer Color and Outer Theme as two separate buttons for backgrounds in email templates. I propose combining them into one Outer Color/Theme button. So when you select it, the first swatch is a color picker and the rest are patterns (themes). And while we're at it let's make the background actually appear white when choosing "white" or "none". Hello, I have a setup where a user belongs to multiple teams and am unable to set up the roles correctly. Any suggestion. Example - Brand A has Manager Role - Tom Brand A has Sale Exec Roles (Under the Brand A Manager Role) - John and Peter Brand B has Manager Role - Jason Brand B has Sale Exec Roles (Under the Brand B Manager Role) - Steven and Tom Tom plays a manager for Band A, but acts like a sales exec for brand B. Non-Sequential Stage Completion
It would be awesome to have the option when customizing the fields, to toggle "allow non-sequential stage completion" or something... We have a stage for "Material Ordered" and a stage for "Job Scheduled", but they don't always happen like that, and if we have the job scheduled first, then it may be misleading and look like material has been ordered even if it hasn't, but completing a step always auto-completes everything before it. My Zoho contacts are randomly disappearing
I am using a free version but don't have more than 800 contacts. After gong into a record, making an update and then saving it - upon trying to go into it again I have found that the contact has disappeared and is only to be found in the recycle bin. How do I stop this from happening?

How to get around limit of one Parent field?
Hello, What options would be recommended in this situation? I have set up a number of parent/child fiends: Main Category and Sub Category. This works well to minimise the amount of scrolling needed to allocate sub categories. However, we do have accounts and records which fit under more than just one of the Parent Field Main Categories. As we can't have more than one Parent, is there another way to have two or more fields that have specific sub categories?
