Menu and Submenu

Manage menu items

Decide how you want the menu items to appear in the navigation bar. Add submenus to include more information to your website in an organized way. You can rename or hide the menu or submenu, connect different pages such as your organization's website or blog to the event website, and increase awareness of your brand by hyperlinking to external links.

Add a submenu

Add submenus in your navigation bar to organize information on the pages of your website. Easily convert main menus to submenus by dragging and dropping main menu items below another existing main menu.

Go to Design > Website, from the Dock.
Click Edit Website. The Website Designer will open. (Note: You can also click Edit Website shortcut link from the top bar of the event preview page)
Hover your mouse over the navigation bar of your preview site in the website designer and click on the Settings icon. The Navigation Bar Settings Panel will appear.
Click Navigation Links. The Navigation Link Settings panel will appear.
Drag and Drop a main menu link on another main menu link to add a submenu.

Alternatively, click the menu button of the respective navigation link, then click Add Submenu.

Move submenu to main menu

Hover your mouse over the navigation bar of your preview site in the website designer and click on the Settings icon. The Navigation Bar Settings Panel will appear.
Click Navigation Links. The Navigation Link Settings panel will appear.
Drag and Drop the Submenu link along with the other Main Menu Navigation Links. The Submenu will now become a Main menu and will be updated in the Website Designer's Navigation bar.
Alternatively, click the menu icon to the right of the submenu in the Navigation menu settings panel and click Move to Main Menu option from the dropdown menu.

Edit a menu

Go to Design > Website, from the Dock.
Click Edit Website. The Website Designer will open. (Note: You can also click Edit Website shortcut link from the top bar of the event preview page)
Hover your mouse over the navigation bar of your preview site in the website designer and click on the Settings icon. The Navigation Bar Settings Panel will appear.
Click Navigation Links. The Navigation Link Settings panel will appear.
Click to the right of the Navigation Menu Link or Submenu link, then click Edit from the dropdown menu.
Enter a name for the menu that will be displayed in the navigation bar of the website.
Open Linking Options dropdown menu and select Page.
Open Select Page dropdown menu and select a page.
Alternatively, choose the External URL option to connect to a page outside the website. Enter the URL in the URL text box. Select the Open in a new tab checkbox if needed.
Click Save.

Note:

Editing options are limited for the Home and Sign in pages in the navigation bar:
The Sign in page can't be renamed and in the navigation bar and also can't have its URL changed.
The Home and Sign in pages cannot be hidden

Rearrange menus

Rearrange the order of menus and their corresponding submenus displayed on the navigation bar.

Go to Design > Website, from the Dock.
Click Edit Website. The Website Designer will open. (Note: You can also click Edit Website shortcut link from the top bar of the event preview page)
Hover your mouse over the navigation bar of your preview site in the website designer and click on the Settings icon. The Navigation Bar Settings Panel will appear.
Click Navigation Links. The Navigation Link Settings panel will appear.
Simply Drag and Drop the Navigation Link Menus above or below as per your requirement.

Hide a menu

Remove a menu or submenu from the navigation bar without having to delete it.

Go to Design > Website, from the Dock.
Click Edit Website. The Website Designer will open. (Note: You can also click Edit Website shortcut link from the top bar of the event preview page)
Hover your mouse over the navigation bar of your preview site in the website designer and click on the Settings icon. The Navigation Bar Settings Panel will appear.
Click Navigation Links. The Navigation Link Settings panel will appear.
Hover your mouse to the menu you want to hide.
Click Hide (eye) icon.

Note:

If you hide a menu, any buttons on the website linked to the page within that specific menu will also be automatically hidden.

Delete a menu

Remove menu or submenus that don't align with the website design or that were incorrectly added.

Go to Design > Website, from the Dock.
Click Edit Website. The Website Designer will open. (Note: You can also click Edit Website shortcut link from the top bar of the event preview page)
Hover your mouse over the navigation bar of your preview site in the website designer and click on the Settings icon. The Navigation Bar Settings Panel will appear.
Click Navigation Links. The Navigation Link Settings panel will appear.
Open the dropdown of the menu you want to delete.
Click Delete.

Note:

When deleting a menu connected to a page, only the Navigation Link for that menu will be removed from the navigation bar. However, you can still access the page from the Pages tab in the left pane.
