1. Marketing leverage: Early bird offers and limited-time discounts create a sense of urgency, encouraging faster ticket sales.
   
2. Early revenue generation: Early ticket sales help cover initial event expenses, such as venue deposits and marketing costs.
   
3. Psychological appeal: Offers trigger FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and give attendees a sense of getting a good deal, driving more purchases.
   

Creating a New Ticket with an Offer

1. Navigate to Registrations > Ticket Class from the Dock.
   
2. Click Add Ticket Class. The Add Ticket Class panel will appear.
   
3. Enter the following details:
1. Ticket Name
2. Ticket Quantity
3. Price
4. Click Offers to open the Offers tab.
5. Click Add Offer. The Add Offer panel will appear.
   
   
   
   
6. Enter the offer details:
1. Offer Name
2. Choose between a Fixed amount or Percentage discount.
3. Enter the discount value or percentage.
4. Select the Start Date and Time.
7. Under Offer Ends Based On, select:
1. Date & Time: Set the end date and time.
2. Ticket Quantity: Enter the quantity limit.
8. Set the Offer Status to Open or Closed.
9. Click Done to save the offer.
10. Click Republish to apply the changes to the event website.
    

Adding an Offer to an Existing Ticket

1. Navigate to Registrations > Ticket Class from the Dock.
2. Click the menu icon of the respective ticket and select Edit.
3. Click Offers to open the Offers tab.
4. Click Add Offer. The Add Offer panel will appear.
5. Enter the offer details:
1. Offer Name
2. Choose between a Fixed amount or Percentage discount.
3. Enter the discount value or percentage.
4. Select the Start Date and Time.
6. Under Offer Ends Based On, select:
1. Date & Time: Set the end date and time.
2. Ticket Quantity: Enter the quantity limit.
7. Set the Offer Status to Open or Closed.
8. Click Done to save the offer.
9. Click Republish to apply the changes to the event website.

Creating a Tiered Offer Ticket

1. Navigate to Registrations > Ticket Class from the Dock.
2. Click the menu icon of the respective ticket and select Edit.
3. Click Offers to open the Offers tab.
4. Click Add Offer. The Add Offer panel will appear.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter the offer details:
1. Offer Name
2. Choose between a Fixed amount or Percentage discount.
3. Enter the discount value or percentage.
6. Under Starts, choose:
1. When Sale Ends For → Attach the offer to the previous offer by selecting it from the dropdown.
2. Date & Time → Set a custom start date and time.
7. Under Offer Ends Based On, select:
   
1. Date & Time: Set the end date and time.
2. Ticket Quantity: Enter the quantity limit.
   
8. Set the Offer Status to Open or Closed.
9. Click Done to save the offer.
10. Click Republish to apply the changes to the event website.

Editing an Offer Ticket

1. Navigate to Registrations > Ticket Class from the Dock.
2. Click the menu icon of the respective ticket and select Edit.
3. Click Offers to open the Offers tab.
4. Click the menu next to the offer and select Edit.
5. Make the necessary updates.
6. Click Done to save the changes.
7. Click Republish to apply the changes to the event website.

Opening or Closing an Offer

1. Navigate to Registrations > Ticket Class from the Dock.
2. Click the menu icon of the respective ticket and select Edit.
3. Click Offers to open the Offers tab.
4. Open the Status dropdown and update the status to Open or Closed.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Done to save the changes.
6. Click Republish to apply the changes to the event website.

Deleting an Offer

1. Navigate to Registrations > Ticket Class from the Dock.
2. Click the menu icon of the respective ticket and select Edit.
3. Click Offers to open the Offers tab.
4. Open the menu next to the offer and click Delete.
5. Confirm the deletion in the popup.
6. Click Republish to apply the changes to the event website.

To Add Promo Codes to the Offer Tickets 

1. Navigate to Promo Codes > Discount Codes / Access Codes / Generate Bulk Codes from the Dock. 
2. Ensure Allow discount on offer tickets is enabled. 

Offer Ticket Widget on the Website Designer

To set the customize the offer information display on the ticket class widget: 

1. Navigate to Design > Website Design from the Dock.
   
2. Click Edit Website.
   
3. In the Tickets tab, hover over the ticket widget and click the settings icon. The Ticket Class Settings panel will appear. 
4. Scroll down to Offer Settings and choose from: 
1. Show current offers only
   
   
   
   
2. Show previous offer
   
   
   
   
3. Show next offer
   
   
   
   
4. Show previous offer & next offer
   
   
   
   

During registration: 

1. If you purchase an offer ticket from a specific ticket class with a set buying limit and exceed that limit, the additional tickets must be purchased as a separate order.
   

The offer details will be included in the following email notifications:

1. Order Confirmation: Sent to the purchaser.
2. Registration Details: Sent to the attendee.
3. Welcome Assignee: Sent to the attendee.
   

When adding an order manually:

1. Any valid offers will be applied automatically.
   

During check-in:

1. The original ticket class price will be shown.
2. You cannot pick a ticket with an offer tier when checking in a new attendee.
