Create and edit records
- Go to the desired module.
Tap the Add Record icon.
- Specify the details.
- Tap Save.
Similarly,
- To edit a record, tap the Edit icon in the record details page.
- Modify the details, then tap Save.
View record details
Go to the desired module and tap the record you want to view. Each module has a set of tabs containing specific information.
Info tab - Displays all the available information about the record, such as name, email, phone etc
Available in all the modules.
Timeline tab - View the history of a record from its inception.
Available in the Contacts, Companies, and Pipelines modules.
Notes tab - View and create notes related to the record.
Available in all the modules.
Emails tab - View email correspondence related to specific record.
Available in the Contacts, Companies, and Pipelines modules.
Files tab - View and upload files related to the record.
Available in all the modules.
Related tab - View open activities, closed activities, contacts related to the record.
Available in the Contacts, Companies, and Pipelines modules.
Pipelines tab - Displays team pipelines related to the record.
Available in all the modules except the Activities module.
Stage history tab - View the different pipeline stages a record has passed through.
Available in the Pipelines module.
Conversations tab - View all internal and external communication related to specific records.
