With Team Pipelines in Bigin, you can efficiently handle multiple customer-facing operations or business processes from a single account. For instance, Zylker Homes can utilize Team Pipelines to manage their sales, rentals, and marketing operations all within their Bigin account. This feature allows for streamlined management of different business functions while keeping the data organized and easily accessible.
Let's create the following Team Pipelines for Zylker Homes.
- Sales Pipeline – To manage the leads who are interested in selling their property and those who are interested in buying a property. We will have two sub-pipeline(Selling and Buying) in the Sales Pipeline as the stages in the sales process slightly differs.
- Rental Property Management Pipeline – To manage the leads who are interested in renting a property.
- Testimonial Pipeline – To help streamline their process of reaching out to their customers and getting testimonials from them.
- Marketing Campaign Pipeline – To manage their campaign process from planning to execution.
Your Bigin account comes with a default Sales Pipeline and you can customize the stages, field name, record names and profile permissions of this pipeline to suit your business.
- Go to the Pipelines module.
- On your left panel, hover over Sales Pipeline. Click the more icon and select Edit Basic Info.
- For the field, 'How would you like to name the records in this Pipeline?' enter the value as Opportunities in plural and Opportunity in singular.

- Click Save.
- On your left panel, hover over Sales Pipeline. Click the more icon and select Manage Stages.
- Rename the sub-pipeline as 'Sell property'.
- Rename the stages as 'Enquiry, Gather requirements, Discussion, Follow-up, Listing agreement, Open House, Negotiation, Closing, Closed lost.'

- Click Save.
Next, let's create a new sub-pipeline 'Buy property' in the Sales Team Pipeline.
- Go to the Sales Pipeline.
- Head to the bottom panel and click the '+' icon next to the 'Sell property' sub-pipeline.

- Enter the sub-pipeline name as 'Buy property'.
- Add the following stages: Enquiry, Gather requirements, Pre-approval, Property search, Property tour, Negotiation, Home Inspection, Contract, Closing, Closed lost.
- Click Done.
Since Zylker Homes wants to manage rental lead enquiries, let us create a new Team Pipeline for managing the Rental properties.
- Go to the Pipelines module.
- Click
button.
- Select New Team Pipeline option.
- In Create from scratch section, click Start Creating.
- Enter the Pipeline name as 'Rental property'.
- Enter a name for the records in the pipeline as 'Rental Properties' in Plural and 'Rental Property' in Singular.
- Select the profiles 'Real Estate Broker' and 'Real Estate Agent' in Pipeline Permissions so that they can access this pipeline.
- Click Next.
- In the Stages section, enter the open stages and closed stages for the pipeline: Initial contact, Needs analysis, Property search, Property tour, Application process, Application review, Lease signing, Move-in, Feedback.
- Click Next.
- In the Fields stage, you can customize the pipeline by removing the fields that you don't need and adding fields that you need. Zylker Homes wants to capture the lease agreement expiry date to notify the tenants in advance before their lease expires. So let's create a field to capture the expiry date. Click +Custom Field > Enter field label as 'Rental Lease Expires on' and choose Date as Field type > Click Save.
- Click Save.
