I want to view only the activities related to contact scoring in the contact timeline. Can I do this?
Contact Timeline provides valuable history about the contact and its activities, right from when it was added till the present date. But if you want to view the full history of a particular activity, that is possible.
Consider you urgently want to view the activities related to the contact score of a contact to understand the entire history of the score assigned to it. To do this, you can follow the below steps:
- From the Navigation Toolbar to the left, click Contacts and select All Contacts.
- Click a contact's email address.
- You'll see the smart view of the contact information. Click the View All Details button.
- Scroll down the page until you see the Contact Timeline section.
- Here, you can find activities of this contact, including contact score and the time the scoring took place.
- Click the Category drop-down and choose Contact Score, as shown in the GIF below.
In this way, you can filter the contact timeline based on a particular category.
