How do I prevent Gmail from clipping my emails?
Email clipping occurs when the email client, especially Gmail, breaks your email content and shows only parts of it to your recipient. This happens if your email content size exceeds 102 KB. To avoid email clipping, ensure that your email size is below 102KB before sending it. You can check the size of your email using the Download HTML option in Zoho Campaigns.
To download your email campaign as an HTML:
- From the Navigation toolbar, click Campaigns, and then Email Campaigns.
- From the campaign list view, click the campaign you want to download.
- Click More and then click Download HTML. You'll receive a notification when the file is ready to be downloaded.
Note:
By default, you can access the downloaded HTML file in your device's Downloads folder, unless you’ve set a different folder for your downloads.
