Sign Credits is a prepaid add-on that requires an additional purchase alongside user licenses for a plan. These credits are used for features or integrations, such as sending authentication codes via SMS, that incur additional costs. Organizations with a paid Zoho Contracts plan can purchase and use these credits within Zoho Contracts for the supported Zoho Sign features or integrations. For more information, see

Buy Sign Credits
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
- Click Buy Sign Credits under Sign Credits Add-on to buy the required number of Sign Credits.
- Enter the credits details in the popup window, then click Calculate Price.
- Click Make Payment, then choose your payment method, and complete the payment.
Upon completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your Sign Credits information.
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
- Click Configure Alerts under Sign Credits Add-on to enable and customize reminder notifications for the purchase of Sign Credits.
- Enter the details, then click Save.
