Modules in this application
This application provides a user interface that typically allows you to add and manage your property details, make the search process simpler, widen your reach amongst prospective buyers and tenants, automatically remove sold properties from the search dashboard, and much more. With this robust real estate management application, you can revolutionize the buyer-tenant relationship!
Dashboard
In the Search Property page, potential house hunters can get to view a complete list of available properties and relevant pictures, thereby easing the process of searching for the right properties. They can narrow down their search with filters to lead them to their dream home and also request a call for more details from the owner using the Request Callback form if they see something they like. As an admin, you can always keep an eye on the availability of your rental properties as the sold ones get automatically removed.
Users module
This module can be accessed by only the app admins and super-admin.
This module enables you to add users such as builders, agents, individual owners, and brokers who sell or rent properties via this application. This serves as the ultimate checklist, enabling you to maintain a database of property developers and individual house owners, and watch your network grow.
Projects module
This module can only be accessed by the admins and super admin.
This module acts as a central repository where you can add and update your real estate project details. Curate and upload your properties' listing along with their intricate details, and categorize them by their type (house, villa, apartment, shop) and by location. Additionally, you can specify the amenities your provide in each of your projects along with the block details such as their name and type. These ensure that your projects reach the intended buyers and tenants.
Other Properties module
This module can be accessed only by the admins, super-admin, and added users.
This module enables you to maintain your own database of as well as others' properties. You can invite anyone to add their properties to your application. All you have to do is add them as a user, and this application be shared automatically through email. They can then add their properties, which will be listed in the respective report.
Install the application
You can install the app from three locations:

- Zoho Marketplace
- App Gallery
Installing the application from Zoho Marketplace is easy! Once you install it, the app can be set up and ready to use. You can explore the modules in the app, tweak the app to accommodate use cases specific to your business, and add, modify, and view data.
You can also add users and define roles and permissions, such as add, modify, delete, and view data, and map users to the permissions defined, allowing them limited or full access to your app.
- Go to Zoho Marketplace.
- Scroll down to the Zoho Creator section and click View All.
- Select the Appointment Management card and click Install.
The application will be installed on your device and you'll be ready to go!
Application setup
This application makes the entire process of adding, managing, and renting/selling your owned properties a seamless experience. Never miss a callback for property requests and keep your customer footfall coming in! After
installing the application, the admin or super admin can perform the following actions:
Step 1: Navigate to the Users section - As an admin, access the Add User form and add your member details. You'll be assigned the role of builder/developer by default.
- Access the same form and add the users' basic and contact details by choosing them as individual/owner (or) agent/broker.
- View and modify the details in the All Users reports.
The application will be shared to users with the respective permissions configured.
Step 2: Navigate to the Projects section - Access the Add Project form and enter your rental project details, such as type, location, and amenities. You can also add multiple blocks if required.
- If you've chosen the project type as flats, apartments or shops, then access the Add Blocks form and specify the floor and the number of rental units per floor.
- Access the Add Units form and enter details, such as Flat/Shop No, Number of Rooms, Furnishing type, Total Area, Rate and Maintenance Charges, and Parking.
- View and modify their details in the respective reports.
- Access the All Projects report and change the status of your projects as sold or assign agents by clicking the buttons named Sold Out and Assign Agent respectively.
- As an added user (member), access the Add Your Property form and enter the details of your rental properties (both new and resale) that you want to rent or sell.
- View and modify the details of your rental properties in the Your Added Properties report.
As an admin/super-admin, you can view the details of all rental properties added in the All Properties by Others report.
Your app is now all set for use! Your potential buyers and prospective tenants can access the Search Property page and start looking for their dream properties.
Automation
The app is fully equipped with automations to monitor and manage your asset details efficiently and effortlessly. The workflows in the app are used to hide/show and enable/disable certain fields in the forms, auto-populate certain fields, trigger emails upon receiving callbacks, redirect to another form upon a form's submission, share/un-share forms and reports, and more.
Sharing your app
You can share this app with
users at your organization, defining
roles and
permissions so that users with specific roles have specific levels of access to the components of the app.

If you wish to uninstall this application, you can do the following.
1. Navigate to
Solutions and click the
Real Estate Management application.
2. Hover over the card and click the ellipsis icon (three dots).
3. Click Delete.
