This integration is supported for users in the US, and JP DCs.

Scope:

Step 1: Installing the MF Cloud Invoice Extension

1. Navigate to CRM Setup > Marketplace > All.
   
2. Click All Extensions, then browse for and click MF Cloud Invoice Integration.

3. Click Install Now.

4. Select the following checkboxes:
   

   • I have agreed to the Terms of Service.

   • I authorize MF Cloud Invoice Integration to access and process my data as required.

5. Click Continue to Install.

6. Select an option in Choose Users/ Profiles.
   

7. Click Confirm.
   

The extension will now be installed for the specified users.

Step 2: Integrate MF Cloud Invoice portal with Zoho CRM      

1. Once installed, the MF Cloud Invoice extension needs to be authorized to integrate the MF Cloud Invoice portal with Zoho CRM. 
   
2. Authorize the MF Cloud Invoice portal using the Authorize or sign-up option.

Using MF Cloud Invoice Integration:

Once the extension is installed, you can create invoices in the MF Cloud Invoice portal by utilizing features available in the Quotes, Products, and Accounts modules.

Pushing Quotes as Invoice to MF Cloud Invoice portal:

1. Navigate to the Quotes module.

2. Click the record you want to push as an invoice to the MF Cloud Invoice portal.
   

3. Click the MFクラウド請求書に送信 button at the top-right corner of the webpage.

4. A widget will open for product tax mapping between Zoho CRM and MF Cloud Invoice along with status.
   

5. If all Zoho CRM products are mapped correctly with the corresponding tax values of MF Cloud taxes, then quotes will be successfully created as invoices in MF Cloud Invoice portal.

6. Once an invoice is created in the MF Cloud portal, the MF見積ID will be updated.
   

7. If the user tries to create an invoice again, a pop-up message will be displayed : "Already Created (見積書はすでにMFクラウド請求書ポータルにプッシュされています)". 

Tax Validation Process during Quotes push:

The tax for each quoted item will be validated.

• If a product is not associated with any tax slab, you must select at least a 0% tax value for that product.

• Multiple tax associations for products are not permitted in the MF Cloud Invoice application.

• Tax percentages of Zoho CRM products must match with the tax lists defined in the MF Cloud Invoice portal. [Refer notes section]

If any of these conditions are not met, the process of pushing quotes will be halted, and an error message will appear in the widget.

When all product taxes are correctly mapped with the MF Cloud Tax list, a green tick symbol will appear in the corresponding product row.

NOTE:

Tax Percentages allowed in MF Cloud and their mappings with CRM Tax values:                                                                                 

1. 不課税' corresponds to '0%'
2. '非課税' corresponds to '0%'
   
3. '免税' corresponds to '0%'
   
4. '5%' corresponds to '5%'
   
5. '8%' corresponds to '8%'
   
6. '8%(軽減税率)' corresponds to '8%'
   
7. '10%' corresponds to '10%' 
   

Synchronization Details of CRM Module Data with MF Cloud:

Quotes Module:

• CRM Fields Synced with MF Cloud Billings Module: Subject, Account Name, 請求日, 期日.

• Custom Fields Added: 請求日, 期日, MF見積ID.  
  

• Mandatory Fields: 請求日 (Billing Date), 期日 (Due Date). It's mandatory to create an invoice with Billing and Due date values.

Accounts  Module:

• Upon account creation, a Business Partner record will be created in the MF Cloud Invoice portal and mapped with CRM.

• For accounts created before enabling this integration, they will be pushed to MF Cloud during MF Cloud Invoice creation process.

• MFクラウド請求書 Partner ID and MFクラウド請求書の部門ID will be populated once the account is pushed to the MF Cloud Partners module.

• Custom Fields Added: MF部署名, MFクラウド請求書 Partner ID, MFクラウド請求書の部門ID.
  

• CRM Fields Synced with MF Cloud Partners Module: Account Name, MF部署名, address information.

• The Invoices linked to an account will be displayed under "MFクラウド請求書" Related List in the Zoho CRM Accounts module.

Products:   

• Upon pushing quotes, products will be created as Items in the MF Cloud portal.

• Their corresponding MF Cloud Item ID will be updated in the "MF項目ID" field in Zoho CRM.

• New Field Added: MF項目ID.
  

• CRM Fields Synced with MF Cloud Item Module: Product Name, Product Code (unique value must be passed), Unit Price, Usage Unit, Description, Quantity in Stock.

Syncing Information: Only one way sync from CRM to MF Cloud Invoice is supported in this extension.                                 

Steps to uninstall the extension

1. Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > All > Installed Extensions.

2. Search for the MF Cloud Invoice Integration and click Uninstall.

3. Click Ok to confirm and uninstall the extension.
