Zoho DataPrep allows you to share your datasets and workspaces with our support team for troubleshooting. Sharing of data with the support team is strictly regulated by
Zoho's data privacy policy and
GDPR compliance.
To share data with the Zoho DataPrep support team:
1. Click the Share with support option from the workspace context menu.
2. To share a dataset with the support team, hover your mouse over the dataset name and click the hamburger menu located at the far right, and select the Share with support option.
3. The share with support dialog box will appear with details including how long the support team will have access to your dataset or workspace.
4. Click the Share button to share the workspace or dataset with our support team.
5. If a workspace is shared, the support icon will appear next to the workspace name indicating that the workspace is currently being shared with the support team.
6. Similarly, when a dataset is shared with the support team, the support icon will appear at the right-hand side portion when you hover your mouse over the dataset.
7. When you share your dataset or workspace, you will receive a mail notification including all the details related to the entity shared.
8. You may choose to revoke or extend the access provided to the support team by clicking the support icon.
