Blocking a signup request

In line with our commitment to offer a safe and secure customer experience, Zoho Marketing Automation keeps strong checks and validations on all our signup requests. We check each signup request we receive and look for patterns that may be malicious. Our anti-spam team blocks requests if we find an account creation process to be suspicious.

When users sign up for our services, they must comply with our terms of use, anti-spam policy, and all the mandatory regulations of sending commercial emails. We can suspend accounts even after signing up if we find any violations to our terms.
