Who are skipped leads and how do I view them?

Leads who did not have actions performed on them are listed as 'skipped leads.

To view skipped leads:

From the Navigation toolbar choose Leads and select Workflow.
Select the intended workflow from the list view.
Navigate to the action you wish to view and click View report.
Click Skipped leads.
