Directory Stores - Overview
What is Directory Stores?
If you are using other directory services and finding it difficult to manage all your users there, you can delegate few users/apps and manage them from Zoho One.
To use Directory Stores, you will have to perform the following:
- Integrate a directory service with Zoho One
This can be performed by configuring provisioning in the directory service. You have to copy the sync endpoint and SCIM token from Zoho One and paste it in the provisioning setup screen of the required apps in the directory service. After this configuration, you can sync users' information on-demand (if you need the sync immediately) or automatically (where the users' information will be synced at regular intervals). - Map the fields for user creation
You can map the fields available in the directory service to the relevant fields available in Zoho One. Once mapped, the information of every new users added in the directory service will be automatically added in Zoho One. - Set password verification method
Not limiting to field mapping, you can also choose how you want your users to receive their One Time Password. - Enable or disable status sync
Choose how the change in user status on the directory service should be reflected in Zoho One.
Only after completing all these steps, the users' information will be synced correctly in Zoho One.
