Manage call recording storage

You will have 1,000 minutes of free storage. If you need additional storage, you can purchase a storage plan.

To purchase storage plan:

Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
Click Marketplace in the left menu, then click Access below the Telephony section.
Under Installed, click Details on the required app.
Under Telephony Plan Details tab, click icon next to Buy Telephony Credits.
Click Change Storage Plan.
Choose your plan, then click Next.
Click Make Payment.

To delete recordings automatically:

Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
Click Marketplace in the left menu, then click Access below the Telephony section.
Under Installed, click Details on the required app.
Under Telephony Plan Details tab, scroll down to Recording Storage section.
Check the box and choose the number of months after which you want the recordings to be deleted.
