Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have more than one project?

Right now, Agency accounts can only support one active project. This is important because it keeps data separated between your agency’s core setup and each client account.

If you have multiple projects in your account at the time of activation, you'll be asked to:

  • Review existing projects

  • Delete any extra ones

  • Proceed with agency activation on the remaining project

This limitation protects the privacy of each client and ensures clean license distribution amongst your own account and your clients'.You’ll need to delete projects so you’re left with just one. We’ll walk you through this during setup.

Can I reassign quotas after setting up a client?

Yes, you can adjust quotas anytime as long as you stay within your overall license limits.

What happens if a client runs out of visitor quota?

Their experiments will pause until more licenses are allocated.

Is each client’s data kept separate from ours?

Absolutely. Each client gets their own Org ID and PageSense instance. Their data, users, and experiments are completely siloed from your agency’s.

How does license management work for agencies in Zoho PageSense?

As an agency, you purchase visitor licenses in bulk, giving you full control over how they’re distributed between your own projects and your clients—no need to manage separate subscriptions.

Why is Zoho PageSense for Agencies only available for Standalone PageSense Accounts?

Right now, the Agency Module is available only to customers using Zoho PageSense as a standalone product. This ensures:

  • Smooth quota allocation and billing

  • Better isolation between agency and client data

  • Cleaner license management

We’re working on supporting bundled accounts in a future release.

What are the restrictions for the Agency Manager?

  • Agency Managers cannot purchase or upgrade overall agency licenses, or manage billing: Only Admins have financial privileges.

  • Agency Managers’ scope is limited to the clients they create/manage: They do not have global agency privileges.
