Onboarding - Extended Service
Use the Extended Service to customize the forms of the Onboarding service based on your organizational needs. You can add new sections to the default forms and create custom forms. Additionally, you can create custom buttons to perform automated actions with a single click. These actions can include data manipulation, pushing data across third-party applications, connecting internal apps, and updating responses within the product.
Navigate to Settings > Onboarding > Extended Service to add new sections to the default forms, create new custom forms, and to add a custom button. For more information on extending a service, refer to Extending a service in Zoho People.
You can enable or disable the forms here based on your organization's requirements and preferences.
