Idea

Use-cases

Event planner: Procurement of required goods for the event plays an important role. However, there may be times when the vendor doesn't have all the goods ready for the event. In such cases, you can quickly chat with your peers to find out what best can be done using this feature.

Software development/ IT: When a feature has been developed, you need to transfer knowledge about this feature to other employees, such as tech writers, marketers, and quality analysts. During such instances, you can schedule a meeting with them right from Zoho Projects.

Construction: When you need extra labourers for a building site, you can quickly check with your colleagues over a chat on where and whom to reach out to find the labourers.
