What is a blueprint?

Blueprint helps you design a step-by-step workflow for your business processes using a drag-and-drop flowchart builder. More than one blueprint can be built to support a single form.

For example, we have created 'Reimbursement process'. This blueprint is associated with the 'Reimbursement workflow' form.

Our example contains the following stages:

New reimbursement request
Reimbursement review in-progress
Awaiting modifications
Reimbursement rejected
Reimbursement approved
Expense Reimbursed

The transitions in the example are

Review expenditure
Notify approval
Notify review comments
Re-submit reimbursement request
Notify rejection
Reimburse expenses
