Zoho Recruit requirements  

You must have:

• A valid and active Zoho Recruit Account.
• Permission to view Zoho Recruit modules. 

Android Requirements: OS 4.0 or higher on your Android phone.

Internet Connectivity: Zoho Recruit for Android requires a Wi-Fi network to communicate with Zoho Recruit. However, you can also work with the local data on your device when you have no connection to the internet. The updates will sync with your master Recruit account when you are connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.

Installing the Zoho Recruit App on Android devices

You can download and install the Zoho Recruit application from the Play Store.
To install Zoho Recruit from the Play Store:

1. Open the Play Store on your Android phone.
2. Search for "Zoho Recruit".
   
3. Tap Zoho Recruit in the product Info screen.
4. Tap Install.
   
5. Tap Accept to start installing.
   Once the installation is complete, you can sign in to the Zoho Recruit app on your Android device.

Using the Zoho Recruit App on Android devices

The app works very similarly to the desktop version. It is optimized for Android and all the data is synchronized with your Recruit account. Some of the features you can explore as first time users of the Recruit App are:

• You can view your calendar from the Home Page. You can add events, tasks, interviews, and calls here.
  
  
• Add Record: Clicking the + icon in each module to add a new record. This action is available in the Job Openings, Clients, Contacts, Candidates, Interviews, and To-Dos modules.
  
  
• Edit Record: Click the Edit icon in the top-right of the record details page to edit the details.
  
  
• Interviews: This module lets you schedule an interview. The created interview will be added to the calendar in the Home Page.
• Candidates and contacts can be contacted via call, SMS, or email. Click the respective icon in the record details page to call, send an SMS, or send an email.
  
  
• Job openings and candidate statuses can be edited from the respective record details pages.
• Candidate details submitted to clients can be viewed from the Job Opening details page.
• Candidates with suitable skills and profiles can be associated with jobs. The associated candidates will be available to view and edit from the Job details page.
• MailMagnet in Recruit scans your email inbox and notifies you of important emails. The feature is available in the Home page and some quick actions can be performed using it.
  
  
• Notes can be added to records in modules such as Candidates, Clients, and Contacts. You can add notes from a record's details page.
