Scheduling Retweets
With Zoho Social, you can now not only schedule your Tweets but also schedule your Retweets. Set any desired date and time, choose Tweets from anywhere within your Zoho Social dashboard, and schedule away your retweets!
When scheduling Retweets via Zoho Social,
- Ensure quality and consistency by scheduling them well in advance to help you position your brand or business.
- Choose from multiple scheduling options, to time your retweet for your desired target audience.
How to schedule a Retweet?
You can go about scheduling a Retweet from anywhere across the Dashboard where you can spot a Tweet. You can do this from multiple places like the Posts tab,Monitor tab, and the Notifications tab on Zoho Social, for instance.
Scheduling Retweets from the Monitor tab
You can schedule a Retweet from any of the Twitter columns that you've set up on the Monitor tab. On the Monitor tab you can currently monitor various Twitter metrics such as Twitter @mentions, Timeline, Likes, Keywords, Twitter Users, and Lists—this can be done by adding individual columns for each. You can pick a Tweet from any of these streams and schedule a Retweet. Here's how you can do that:
1. Tap on a Twitter column in the Monitor tab and click on the Retweet option under any Tweet.
2. This will trigger the Publishing Window to open, with a preview of the desired Tweet. You will find various publishing options to schedule your Retweet with—you can use these to publish for a chosen date and time.
3. Go about adding comment or quote for your Retweet and choose from the following scheduling options:
-> Retweet Now - To Retweet instantly.
-> Schedule for a Specific Date - Choose this option to schedule the Retweet for a date and time of your choice.
-> Add to Queue - If you've added custom publishing queues for your brand, you can push the Retweet to the next available queue slot, for publishing. -> Choose a SmartQ slot - Schedule Retweets based on SmartQ suggestions generated by Zoho Social—this indicates best posting times for your Brand, based on past engagement.

4. After you decide on the publishing option, hit the Schedule button if you would wish to schedule the Retweet for a later date or click the Retweet button if you would want to repost the Tweet instantly.
Scheduling Retweets from the Posts tab
Now that we've seen how to schedule a Retweet from the Monitor tab, let's learn how to schedule Retweets right from the Posts tab and bring more reach for your published Tweets.
1. Click on the Posts tab on your Zoho Social Dashboard and tap on the Published Posts.
2. Now, select the Twitter icon from the list of all social channels displayed.
Scheduling Retweets from Notifications
To schedule Retweets from the Notifications, follow the steps given below.
1. Click on the Notification icon (the bell icon) on the top right corner of your Dashboard.2. Select a Twitter notification of your choice from the drop-down and click on it to view the Tweet details.
4. From the Publishing Window where your Tweet is generated, go about adding a comment or quote and choose a publishing option.
