Capture your thoughts with notes in Zoho Solo. If required, you can associate each note with a contact or a task to keep track of relevant information.
Notes can be added in four ways:
- Through the Notes module
- Through the + icon on the homescreen
- Inside a contact
- Inside a task
Add notes on iOS
Add notes through the Notes module on iOS
- Click the Tools
in the bottom-left corner of the homescreen.
- Select the Notes module.
- Click Add Note at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the note title and content.
- Click Done.
Add notes through the + icon on the homescreen on iOS
- Click the + icon on the homescreen and select Notes.
- Enter the note title and content.
- Click Done.
Add notes inside a contact on iOS
- Open the contact to which you need to add a note, either from the contact module or from the contacts in the homescreen dashboard.
- Click Add at the bottom-left corner, then click Add Note
- Enter the note title and content.
- Click Done.
- This note will be automatically associated with the contact.
Add notes inside a task on iOS
- Open the task to which you need to add a note from the Task module.
- Click Notes at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the note title and content.
- Click Done.
- This note will be automatically associated with the task.
Add notes on Android
Add notes through the Notes module on Android
- Click the Settings icon
in the bottom-left corner of the homescreen.
- Go to modules and select the Notes Module.
- Click the note icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Enter the note title and content.
- Click Associate To at the bottom to associate the note to a contact or a task if required.
Add notes through the + icon on the homescreen on Android
- Click the + icon on the homescreen and select Create Note.
- Enter the note title and content.
- Click Associate To at the bottom to associate the note to a contact or a task if required.
Add notes inside a contact on Android
- Open the contact to which you need to add a note, either from the Contact module or from the contacts in the homescreen dashboard.
- Click + at the bottom-right corner and click Create Note.
- Enter the note title and content.
- This note will be automatically associated with the contact.
Add notes inside a task on Android
- Open the task to which you need to add a note from the Task module.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen and click Create Note.
- Enter the note title and content.
- This note will be automatically associated with the task.
