Sender Email Authentication

A sender address is the 'From' address used to send email surveys to contacts or for sending email notifications via Trigger emails. The sender's address assists recipients in identifying your brand or business.
 
How to use Sender Email Authentication in Zoho Survey

To add sender's email address:

  1. In your survey application, click on the Profile.

  1. Click Manage Portal.

  1. Select Sender Email Authentication on the left pane.

  1. Click Add.


  1. Enter the required email addresses in the Email Address textbox.

  1. Click Save to receive verification emails in the email address you have provided. 

  1. To verify your email addresses, log in to your email client and open the verification email sent by Zoho Survey.

  1. Click the Accept button in the email to complete the verification process.

  1. Once verified, you will find your sender address listed under the Sender Email Authentication tab and the domain listed under the Domain Authentication tab.

Note: 

  1. Verified emails will be listed under Trigger Emails.
  2. Verified and domain-authenticated emails will be listed under Email Distribution.

To deactivate a sender email address:

  1. Hover over the sender you want to edit in your portal and click .

  2. Click Deactivate.
  3. Click Confirm in the dialogue box that follows.

To activate a sender email address:

  1. Hover over the sender you want to edit in your portal and click .

  2. Click Activate.

  3. Click Confirm in the dialogue box that follows.

To delete a sender email address:

  1. Hover over the sender you want to edit in your portal and click .

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Click Confirm in the dialogue box that follows.
