Scheduled automation in Zoho Tables lets you run actions automatically at defined intervals, reducing manual effort and improving workflow efficiency. You can trigger actions one time, hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.
How to schedule an automation
Choose Run on a schedule to schedule an automation.
You’ll be prompted to choose how often the automation should run. Choose one of the frequencies listed in the dropdown.
Choose the occurrence time for the automation—this defines when and how often it will run. The configuration depends on the chosen frequency.
You can use Start Time to define when the automation becomes active. Use End Time to define when the automation should stop running. These are especially useful for temporary campaigns or time-sensitive tasks.
