An action is the task that the flow executes when a trigger is initiated:
Once you've set the trigger, you can drag and drop any action from the left-side panel.
Search "Zoho Tables", and then choose an action. (E.g. "Update record", "Create base", etc.). Drag and drop it under the trigger.
Configure the action by selecting the target portal, workspace, base, and table. The fields of the chosen table will then be listed.
Add the variables from the right-side panel that you want to be updated in the specific fields (E.g. the Name field of the chosen table in the action should contain the same field in the trigger). Learn more about field mapping here.
Click Done.
