The Chart Element in the Reports feature allows you to visualize data from a table in a variety of chart formats.
How to add and configure a chart element?
Drag and Drop the Chart element from the left-side panel onto the report board.
The customization panel will appear on the right side of the screen.
Enter a title for your chart to clearly describe what the visualization represents.
Apply Conditions (Optional)
Apply filters to narrow down the data.
You can also copy conditions from an existing view to maintain consistency.
Configure Chart
Chart Type
Choose the type of chart you want to use (e.g., Bar, Line, Pie, etc.).
X-Axis Field
Choose the field that will be plotted along the X-axis.
Y-Axis Field
Add a field in the Field Measure section to define the Y-axis values. You can add multiple fields to show comparative values.
Customize Appearance
Axis Labels
Enter labels for the X-axis and Y-axis to improve clarity.
Legend Position
Choose where the legend appears (e.g., Top, Bottom, Left, or Right).
Color
Choose a color scheme for the chart to match your report’s design or emphasize categories.
