Text

The Text Element in the Reports feature allows you to add rich, formatted text to your report for notes, descriptions, titles, or instructions.

How to add and configure a text element?

  1. Drag and Drop the Text element from the left-side panel onto the report board.

  2. The customization panel will appear on the right side of the screen.

  3. Use the message box on the customization panel to type or paste your desired text content.

  4. Use the right-side customization panel to format your text:

    1. Font: Choose a font style from the available options.

    2. Font Size: Choose the desired font size to control how large or small your text appears.

    3. Text Alignment: Align your text to the left, center, or right.

    4. Text Formatting Options: Apply formatting as needed-

    5. Change Font Color

      1. Bold

      2. Italic

      3. Underline

      4. Strikethrough

    6. Add Lists: Present steps, points, or grouped items clearly using-

      1. Ordered List (numbered)

      2. Bulleted List

    7. Insert Link: Add a hyperlink to make the text interactive or refer readers to an external page or internal section.
