Zoho TeamInbox lets you add and manage contacts from within the application. You can add any number of contacts and input their details. These contacts will be auto-suggested when you compose messages.
- In your Zoho TeamInbox account, click the Contacts icon
from the top of the left pane. Here you can view all your contacts listed under their specific inboxes.
- Click the Add icon to add a new contact.
- Enter the contact details.
- Click Save.
You can edit the details of a contact by clicking on the contact.
