The standard app size ranges between 250 MB and 600 MB, but the actual installation size can vary depending on your system. If your machine already has the necessary dependent files, the installed size will be smaller.
If the app is taking up more space than the above-stated levels, here are some workarounds:
Check if account sync is enabled
To disable offline mail sync:
Click the Main Menu icon and select Settings.
Go to Accounts.
Select the account and toggle Sync off under Sync Settings.
Alternatively, you can right-click the email account in the Accounts section in the left pane and select Disable Offline Mail in the menu list.
After disabling offline mail sync, Trident will stop downloading additional emails from our servers thereafter, and the overall app size will stabilize. To ensure system space is freed after disabling offline mail:
Open the File Explorer.
In the left pane, select the C: drive.
Navigate to:
\Users\Accountname\AppData\Local\Packages\Zoho.Trident.Sideload_p2mzwbqt4767m\LocalState\Zuid->Mail.sync.user.db
Delete the Mail.sync.user.db file.
