App launch failed with the error message: This app has been blocked by your system administrator.
Open the Start Menu and type Registry Editor in the search bar, and click on it.
Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\System
In System, open the BlockHostedAppAccessWinRT registry file and change value data to 0. By default, the value will be 1.
Once done, restart the system and launch the app.
