Timesheet Reminders
You can now send timely reminders to your temps to submit their timesheets for approval.
To enable reminders:
- Go to Setup > Time Logs > Reminders
- Choose when your temps should be reminded after completion of their shift.
If a temp finishes her work on the 15th of July, selecting After 2 days will remind the temp to submit the timesheet on the 17th of July. - You can even choose to repeat the reminder.
Temps would receive two reminders based on the frequency you've selected.
Note: Reminders will be sent only to temps who've not submitted their timesheets.
