How to add common attachments to merged documents

Overview

Zoho Writer allows you to add one or more attachments to your mail merge emails. You can add personalized unique attachments using field variables, so each recipient receives a customized file or add common attachments to your mail merge template.

Steps

To add common attachments to mail merge templates, follow the below steps:

1. Open your merge template.

2. Go to Choose Output > Merge & Send via email.

3. Click on Add attachment > Add Common Attachment. Choose your attachment file and hit Save.

5. Now to avoid configuring these attachments every time during merge, you can create a template, configure attachments and remember those settings for subsequent merges. At the time of running your merge, check the Remember these settings except passwords (if any) for future merges option.a
