How to edit a PDF document in Zoho Writer

1. Import the required PDF document to Zoho Writer in any of these ways:
   
1. Go to Zoho Writer dashboard, and click the Upload button and select the file.
   
   
2. Use the Upload Document option in the File menu in Zoho Writer's editor.
   
   
3. Import the PDF document from Zoho WorkDrive. Right click on the desired PDF document in WorkDrive --> "Open With" --> "Zoho Writer (Web)"
   
   
2. Make the required edits.
   
3. Go to the File menu, click the Save As or Download As option, and select PDF format to save or download the updated document as a new PDF.

Limitations of editing PDFs for document automation 

1. Page limits while importing PDFs:
   
1. Maximum page count: 50 pages
   
2. Max file size: 10 MB
   
2. Editing images: Images are retained but cannot be edited. However, you can annotate images or delete them.
   
3. Editing tables: Tables are retained as images and cannot be edited; they can only be deleted
   
4. Export: Cannot export the edited PDFs as password-protected files.
