How to add two tables adjacent to each other in documents

To add two tables side by side, do the following:

1. Go to Insert > Text Box. 




2. Now insert a table of your choice inside the text box. You can adjust the size of the text box as you please.




3. Insert another Text Box to the right of the first text box. You can also simply copy and paste the first text box you created as well.




4. Go to the Text Box tab on the left and select the No Border option. This will remove the text box borders revealing only the two tables side side by side.




5. You now have 2 tables created.



Alternatively, you can do the following as well

1. Go to Insert > Table and insert a 2 column table.




2. Now place the cursor inside each cell and insert the table size of your choice.





3. Now go to
Table > Borders and Shading > and select the no border option for each cell. This will remove the borders of the original table you had inserted. 




4. You now have two tables side by side.
