Known Limitations in Zoho Writer
What are the restrictions to share documents among users from different domains, such as .com, .in, .eu, and .cn, in Zoho Writer?
For Workdrive users,
You can change the visibility of the document to "Anyone on the internet" and share this external link to the users who you want to share your document.
What are the limitations when a Writer document is download as HTML?
While most formatting is preserved while exporting to HTML, there are few limitation due to rendering of HTML as a single page
Following are the limitations:
1. Only primary page header and footer will be available in converted HTML.
2. Page breaks will not be carried over.
3. Watermarks will be not be carried over as HTMLs have no page.
4. Floating images with Square Wrap type will become inline.
5. Tabs (if any) will be rendered as four spaces.
What are the restrictions while adding comments to the Header & Footer content?
Writer doesn't allow you to insert comments in the header or footer content. This is because headers and footers are designed to be repeated on each printed page, and comments cannot be repeated.
