Why is there an error while trying to download a document?

If you have received the below-mentioned message, it means that you are restricted from downloading the document.

You can try the below steps to solve the issue:

#1 If you are a user in an Organization, please check with your administrator to find out if the Export option is disabled for all Users.

#2 If you are the administrator, please make sure you have enabled the Export option in your admin settings.
