Language support and translation support

Overview  
This feature helps you collaborate across regions without language barriers. With built-in language support and translation features, your community can use the platform in their preferred language and easily understand conversations in other languages.

Language Support  

Zoho CommunitySpaces supports multiple languages, allowing you to view and interact with the community in the language you are most comfortable with.

Change your display language  

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  2. Select My Preferences.



  3. Under Language, search for and select your preferred language.



  4. Click Save.



  5. Reload the page to view Zoho CommunitySpaces in the selected language.

Translation Support  

In global communities, posts and comments may be written in different languages. Zoho CommunitySpaces includes translation support to help you read content in your chosen display language.
 

To translate a post or comment  

  1. Hover over a post or comment written in a different language.



  2. Click Translate at the bottom of the post or comment.

InfoThe content is instantly translated into your default display language.

Things to note  

  • Translations are powered by Zoho’s built-in translation engine.
  • The Translate option appears only when the content language differs from your display language.

  • Translation is supported for posts, comments, and replies.
