Setting time zones for events
Overview
By default, all events use the time zone set in your Zoho CommunitySpaces account preferences. However, you can set a different time zone for individual events. This is particularly useful when scheduling events that take place in a different geographical location.
Click Events from the main menu.
Click the + icon in the top-right corner or click the date you want to schedule the event.
In the pop-up, enter the event details.
Check the Turn on Time Zone support option, located below the date and time fields.
Click the dropdown icon next to the time zone field and select the required time zone.
Click Create.

The time zone for an event cannot be changed after it has been created.
