Schedule Reports

To setup report scheduler

1. In the Reports Home page, click Scheduled Reports in the left pane.
   
2. Click the New Report Scheduler button.
   
3. In the New Report Scheduler page, do the following:
1. Choose a report.
   
2. Select a file format in which to send the report. The available formats are pdf, csv, and xls.
   
3. Specify the start date and the time when the report will be generated and sent to the recipients.
   
4. Specify the interval of the report scheduler. You can select one of the following options: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
   
5. Choose the end type.
6. Select the type of recipients from the Choose Type dropdown. Select the recipients from the list of users. You can also provide email addresses separated by comma.
   
4. Click Schedule.
   
   

1. Active: Reports currently scheduled.
   
2. Stopped: The scheduling has been stopped. They can be restarted.
   
3. Completed: The scheduling has been completed.

Note

The maximum number of records for a scheduled report is 2000.

Export Reports

To export reports

1. Click the Reports tab.
   
2. Hover over the name of a report. Click the ellipsis (...) sign that appears.
   
3. Choose Export from the menu.
   
4. Choose from one of the three export options:
   
1. Excel
   
2. CSV
   
3. PDF
   

Note

1. A maximum of 2000 records will be listed on a page. You can use the navigate options to view others pages.
   
2. You will be able to export up to 20000 records per page (only in CSV format), in each export. This feature is subject to the following conditions.
   
1. You will be able to export a maximum of 5 reports of 20000 records each per day.
   
2. You cannot export the same report (of 20000 records) twice in a day. If you are attempting to export the same report the second time, you will be able to export it only as 2000 records/page and not 20000 as a single bunch.
