Publishing your CRM

This guide helps you with the following:
  1. Publish your solution 
  2. Deactivate a solution  
  3. Restrict New Sign ups

Publish Your Solution

Your solution will be live only if it is published. Only then your subscribers will be able to sign up and start using your application. Also if you make any changes after publishing your solution, these changes will become active only if you republish your solution.

To publish your application
  1. Log in to Zoho Developer Console and click Start Building in the Vertical Solutions section.
  2. Select the solution you intend to publish and click Edit.
  3. In App Details page, click Publish.
  4. After publishing your solution, you can invite users to sign up for your product.

Deactivate your solution

You may deactivate your solution at any point in time. When you deactivate your solution, the solution will become inaccessible for both existing as well as new users.

To deactivate your solution :
  1. Login to Zoho Developer Console and click CRM for Verticals.,
  2. Select the solution you're going to deactivate and click Edit.
  3. In the App Details page, click (the Edit icon).
  4. Select Mark your solution as inactive check box, in the General Settings page.   

  5. Click Save.
    Now, if someone tries to access your Vertical CRM, the web page will display a message stating that the "App is Inactive".

 

Restrict New Sign ups

You can also make your solution inaccessible to new users, while allowing your existing users to continue using your Vertical CRM.

To restrict new users from signing up for your solution
  1. Log in to Zoho Developer Console and click Start Building in the Vertical Solutions section.
  2. Select the solution for which you wish to restrict sign ups and click Edit.
  3. In the App Details page, click (the Edit icon).
  4. Select Allow users by Invite only option under Sign up settings.
  5. Click Save.
    Now, only those who have been invited to sign up for the application will be able to start using your Vertical CRM while the existing users can still continue to use your solution.
     
Note
  1. When you invite users to sign up for your solution, they will receive a mail along with a link to sign up for your solution.
  2. When new users who were not invited tries to sign up for your solution, they will have an option to request access for your solution.

  1. The user who sends request to access your solution, will be added as a Lead in your Zoho CRM account. You can send them an invite if you want to let them use your solution or else simply ignore this request.
