By default, your portal will be accessible with the portal URL. In Zoho Learn, you create a custom domain and map it to your portal.
To create a custom domain for your portal:
- Navigate to the portal from the Custom Portal tab.
- Go to the Customization tab, then click the Add Custom Domain button.
3. Enter your domain name, then click the Next button.
4. Click Copy to copy the address for the CNAME record.
5. Log in to your domain provider's admin console, then add the copied CNAME record under DNS configurations.
6. Navigate to the Custom Domain tab in Admin Settings, then click Submit & Verify.
7. The SSL certificate installation will be initiated and will be completed in a maximum of two business days.
8. Click Activate to activate your custom domain.
Disabling custom domain for your portal
Once the custom domain is disabled, you will be able to access your portal only via the default domain URL.
To disable the custom domain for your portal, click Disable.
Deleting custom domain for your portal
After deletion, the links containing the custom domain URL will no longer work and you will be able to access your hub only via the default domain URL.
To delete the current custom domain configuration, click Delete.
